Sleeping Habit (Entry for September 15, 2008)

– Starting a new Monday by wake up very late: 10:00 AM
– Starting a working day by wake up at 9:00 AM
– Finish a working day by come back very late 3:00-5:00AM

Conclusion: if you don’t stop working and living in this way, you will suffer the sleeping disorder seriously as a obvious result of changing your biological rhythms.
